An HR consultancy in Mexico with customers in manufacturing and automotive wanted to automate their employee feedback process.
They go to their end clients and ask a sample of the employees to fill in some government-provided questionnaires, as well as other feedback forms for middle and upper management (e.g. 360 reviews).
We created a small application in Django that incorporates the business logic provided by the regulator and applied their methodology to calculate the sample size. This helped move from paper to digital, which turned into significant savings in material and labour costs.
