The IT team of an auto insurer based in southern Europe was overwhelmed by many ad-hoc requests from their users and wanted to empower them to make their own reports. At the same time, a requirement from upper management came: migrate all their dashboards covering different areas of the business (Operations, Product, Finance and Risk) from PowerBI to Spotfire.
During an 8-week engagement, we were able to migrate several complex dashboards and provide training for the end-users. This will relieve the IT team of ad-hoc tasks and instead they can focus on automating other processes within the organization.
